For 2019 – 2020 the rent was £3.05 per pole.
Luton Borough Council are working to make their allotment service costs neutral. They have therefore increased the rent by more than inflation over a period of two years. Followed by an annual increase in line with inflation.
- 2021 rent – £5.50 per pole
- 2022 rent – £8.00 per pole
- 2025 rent – £9.50 per pole
- 2026 rent – £9.80 per pole
