Chris – Chairman
I chair the association’s committee and general meetings and am responsible for setting the meeting agendas. I hold the casting vote, if a matter can’t be settled with a majority vote.

Janet – Treasurer
I keep tabs on the income and expenses of the Association and prepare the financial report for the AGM. A main annual task is collating the rent payments in collaboration with Luton Borough Council.

Konni – Secretary
I keep the member register and act as a central hub for all communication that is sent out for the Association – agendas, minutes. I also write the newsletter – make sure you receive it!

Geoff – Site Manager (POSITION VACANT)

Geoff, our dedicated and highly skilled site manager, has left us. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Keech Hospice on 15 May 2026. Geoff looked after the practical day to day running of the site and was on site most days of the week. To find someone new to fill his wellington boots is going to be tough.

 

Elisabeth – Web Editor
I look after the association’s website. I work closely with the Secretary to keep the SRAA digital communication tools in good working order. 

Sadiq – Committee member and Site Helper
I help out with anything and everything that needs doing on the site. I take a special interest in bee keeping.
