The rents for 2026 are due by 31 October 2025.
The 2026 rent is £9.80 per pole and a £3 contribution to the site’s Public Liability Insurance.
The rent is set by Luton Council every year. It increases in line with inflation. The increase for 2026 is 3.2%. That is 30 pence. See luton.gov.uk/allotments
You can pay in person at the allotment hut on four weekends in October. You can pay by cheque or cash. Cheques should be made payable to The Stockingstone Road Allotment Association.

- Sunday 12 October 10am to 1pm
- Saturday 18 October 10am to 1pm
- Sunday 26 October 10am to 1pm

New padlocks for the site entry gates
We are changing the padlocks on the two gates. The new locks will be installed at 11am on Sunday 2 November 2025. You can pick up your new key at the October rent payment sessions.
